One of my favorite ways to completely change a space is to wallpaper! I love the fresh color, whimsy and unexpected pop of graphics that a great wallpaper brings into the interior.
For years my go-to source for wallpaper has been a small company based in Brooklyn called Studio Printworks. They are a boutique atelier specializing in exquisite quality papers that are just a little bit rebellious in their traditional take. They value their partnerships with artists and have collaborated with many well known artists to create stunning wallpaper collections.
This powder bath was transformed by the Sheila Bridges designed paper “Harlem Toile” from floor to ceiling and all around! The yellow is amazing and the subject matter is thought provoking.
USE FLOWER POWER
This bathroom becomes a garden scene and oh so southern feeling! The mirrored wall doubles the effect of the wallpaper and makes you feel that you are completely surrounded by flowers! Difficult to not smile in this space.
GIDDY UP Y'ALL
This bathroom is covered in a fun damask pattern that is called “Yee Haw” in the color UT! It features cowboys and oil rigs in the colors of the University of Texas orange! The perfect example of Studio Printworks traditional look with a fresh outlook and humor.
EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED
The wall area behind the wooden consoles is covered in a gorgeous metallic large scale pineapple wallpaper created by Studio Printworks. The white print on the silver leaf is so fresh and the scale of the pineapple makes it completely fun.
